We switch on call divert together, using a setting that's already built into your phone. Nothing gets installed, your phone still rings first exactly as it does now, and you can switch it off yourself whenever you like.
Any call you don't pick up gets answered, the job details get taken, and you get a text straight away with everything you need to confirm it. So you're not losing anything while we measure. If anything, you're picking up work you'd have missed.
How many calls you missed, what time of day they came in, how many were new customers, roughly what they were worth against your own average job value, and the jobs we already caught for you along the way. Your numbers, not industry averages.
And if the number turns out to be small? Then you've had that confirmed for free, and we'll shake hands. No pitch.

If your report shows real money walking past, Call Rescue keeps doing what the audit did, permanently. One price, everything included, and your number never changes.
If you want more later, there are add-ons: reminders that text your customers when their service is due, and one-off campaigns that wake up your old customer list. We can talk about those once Call Rescue has paid for itself.

Rolling monthly with a three-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. Setup is £297, waived if you start within a week of your audit.
Who this is for
Run a salon, clinic or restaurant instead? Mid-cut, mid-treatment or mid-service, the problem's exactly the same, and so is the audit. Book one and mention what you do.
And who it isn't for: if you've already got someone answering the phone all day, you probably don't need this, and I'll tell you so.
Who's behind it
Flovinity isn't a call centre and it isn't an app you set up yourself. It's a local business based in Crawley, covering Crawley, Horley, Horsham, East Grinstead, Redhill, Reigate and Burgess Hill.
When you book an audit, I come to you. I set the divert up on your actual phone, in your van or your kitchen, and two weeks later I bring the report round and walk you through it. If something ever goes wrong, ring me. If I'm on another job, my own Call Rescue picks up and I'll ring you back the same day. That's the whole pitch.
